We aim to ship all products within 1-5 weekdays. Our packing and shipping process is tailored to customer orders and involves thorough quality checks before dispatch. Therefore, a brief handling period is required to ensure product quality.

Local Post Office Handling:

Return Policy: If you have possessed the item for more than 7 days, it is deemed used or second-hand. Under these circumstances, we can only provide a replacement service after receiving the returned item.
